Day 17: Recovery Day

Today is my recovery day. I need a little break, I am exhausted from all the workouts... and I want to be in good shape for tomorrow's bootcamp session. Went for a 5k recovery jog this morning, it was really foggy, I could hardly see the Golden gate Bridge. Added 5 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes for the upper body/arms and that's it for today! Couldn't resist a diet pepsi today...I guess once a week it is ok...
